Are there charges for change of address or return?

Change of address once the order is completed

In case of requiring a modification in the shipping address, it is necessary to contact us to verify that the package has not been collected and if there is any variation in cost.

In case the location is within the same area, the cost will not change; however, if the parcel increases the cost when quoting the change, the missing value will be requested to finalize the shipment of the order. In case of reporting the change in a period greater than 4 hours it will generate an additional cost.

If the order has already been delivered from our branch to the parcel, it is not possible to change the shipping address; you can return the product to send it again to the correct address causing delay in the expected delivery time.


Delivery at destination

 The parcels make 2 to 3 delivery attempts, in case of not locating the destination, depending on the operational center, you can request the collection directly at the local parcel location or send the product again from our facilities and apply the return automatically at additional cost.

My package was not delivered in the estimated time of the service I requested. What can I do?

The times shown are estimates and depend on the selected parcels.

The only parcel that offer guaranteed services is: FedEx.

In the event that your package has breached the delivery promise, it is necessary to inform us by our means of contact to reward you with discounts on your next purchases.

I was informed that my package was stolen by third parties, what can I do?
